Introducing Issachar Ministries

Issachar Ministries UK derives its name from the tribe of Issachar who “understood the times and knew what Israel should do” (1 Chronicles 12:32). The ministry seeks to equip Christians by providing biblical teaching on current issues in the life of the nation, and by linking up believers to support each other.

Our intention is that believers will grow to be ‘men of Issachar’: understanding the times, listening to the Lord and knowing how to respond.

We have developed a network of prayer and support groups across the nation. Some of these meet in person, but many, at present, meet by Zoom, though we aim, if possible, to link people who live in the same geographically area, so where possible, people can meet in person. You can request to join these groups if you become an Issachar Ministries’ supporter.

Issachar Ministries UK also hosts a weekly Sunday afternoon ‘gathering’ on Zoom. This gathering provides teaching, fellowship, and prayer. We aim to resource those who are out of church, for whatever reason; and for those who would like more teaching than they receive in their regular churches. We seek to know what God is doing in the world, and in this nation. This is reflected in the teaching and prayer times.
